Ipoh (August, 17 2009) Yesterday, Malaysian Polytechnic education system was celebrated its 40th anniversary. Started with Polytechnic Ungku Omar at Ipoh, Perak in 1969, it became 27 branches all over the nation.
Deputy minister of MOHE, Dato' Saifuddin Abdullah announced that 3 polytechnic will be selected as Apex Polytechnic & more concentrated on R&D activities.
